Someday(以下「本アプリ」)は、お客様の個人データを一切収集しません。 本アプリのすべてのデータは、お客様ご自身のデバイスとお客様ご自身のiCloudにのみ保存され、 開発者を含む第三者がアクセスできるサーバーには送信されません。

Privacy Policy

Someday (the "App") does not collect any personal data. All data in the App is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, and is never sent to any server accessible to the developer or any third party.

1. Who we are

The App is developed and provided by Fumiya Sakaino, an independent developer.

The developer cannot access any of this data. iCloud storage is handled by Apple's CloudKit and is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

3. What we do not collect

  • No personal information such as name, email, or phone number (there is no account sign-up)
  • No location data (GPS). The "place" in an achievement record is free text you type in
  • No photo library permission. Photos are selected through Apple's system photo picker, and the App only receives the photos you choose
  • No analytics (no analytics SDKs are used)
  • No advertising identifiers (the App shows no ads)
  • No crash reports or other diagnostic data

4. Sharing with third parties

We never provide, sell, or share your data with third parties. Since the developer does not hold your data in the first place, doing so is not even technically possible.

5. Tracking

The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

6. Deleting your data

  • Items and achievement records can be deleted anytime within the App
  • Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device
  • Data in iCloud can be deleted from iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage

7. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. As described above, no personal data is collected from anyone, regardless of age.

8. Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page. Material changes to data handling will also be announced in the App.

Someday (la "App") no recopila ningún dato personal. Todos los datos de la App se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo y en tu propio iCloud, y nunca se envían a ningún servidor accesible para el desarrollador ni para terceros.

El desarrollador no puede acceder a ninguno de estos datos. El almacenamiento en iCloud se realiza mediante CloudKit de Apple y está cubierto por la política de privacidad de Apple.

3. Lo que no recopilamos

  • Información personal como nombre, correo o teléfono (no existe registro de cuenta)
  • Datos de ubicación (GPS). El "lugar" de un registro de logro es texto libre que tú escribes
  • Permiso de acceso a la fototeca. Las fotos se eligen mediante el selector de fotos del sistema de Apple, y la App solo recibe las fotos que tú eliges
  • Analíticas (no se usan SDK de analítica)
  • Identificadores publicitarios (la App no muestra anuncios)
  • Informes de fallos u otros datos de diagnóstico

4. Compartición con terceros

Nunca proporcionamos, vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros. Como el desarrollador ni siquiera posee tus datos, hacerlo no es técnicamente posible.

5. Rastreo

La App no te rastrea a través de apps o sitios web de otras empresas.

6. Eliminación de tus datos

  • Los elementos y los registros de logros pueden eliminarse en cualquier momento dentro de la App
  • Desinstalar la App elimina los datos guardados en tu dispositivo
  • Los datos de iCloud pueden eliminarse desde Ajustes de iOS > [tu nombre] > iCloud > Gestionar almacenamiento

7. Privacidad de los menores

La App es apta para todas las edades. Como se describe arriba, no se recopilan datos personales de nadie, sin importar la edad.

8. Cambios en esta política

Cualquier cambio en esta política se anunciará en esta página. Los cambios importantes en el tratamiento de datos también se anunciarán dentro de la App.
