HoshoBox（iOS アプリ）
HoshoBox（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報

保存サーバーは Supabase 社のサービス（東京リージョン）を使っています。保存サーバーのデータは、利用者ご本人と、ご本人が招待した家族だけが読み書きできるように設定しています。運営者は、障害の調査や法令に基づく場合を除き、内容を閲覧しません。
2. AI読み取りについて
写真の文字は、お使いの端末の中で読み取ります。写真そのものは読み取りのためには送信しません。
読み取った文字だけを本アプリの読み取りサーバー（Cloudflare 社のサービス上で動作）に送り、Anthropic 社の AI（Claude API）で商品名・型番・購入日・保証期間などの項目に振り分けます。送信した文字は振り分けのためだけに使い、読み取りサーバーには保存しません。Anthropic 社での取り扱いは同社の方針に従います（https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy）。
AI読み取りを使わずに、手で入力して登録することもできます。
2-2. リコールの確認について
登録した商品がリコール（回収・無償修理など）の対象になっていないかを調べるため、週に1回ほど、メーカー名と型番を本アプリの読み取りサーバーに送り、消費者庁のリコール情報サイトで検索します。送るのはメーカー名と型番だけで、だれの商品かは送りません。同じ型番を何度も問い合わせないよう、型番ごとの検索結果を24時間だけ読み取りサーバーに置きます。
3. 家族との共有
「家族と共有」で招待リンクを送り、相手が参加すると、あなたの束に入っている商品・写真・点検の記録を、その家族も見たり追加したりできるようになります。招待リンクは7日で使えなくなります。共有はいつでもやめられ、参加した家族を外すこともできます。
4. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。広告の配信や、利用者を追跡するための情報の収集は行いません。
本アプリは、上記の目的のために次の事業者のサービスを利用しています。
- Supabase 社（データの保存）
- Cloudflare 社（読み取りサーバー・招待のページ）
- Anthropic 社（AI読み取り）
- Apple 社（アプリ内課金・Apple でサインイン・プッシュ通知）
5. 通知
点検のお知らせは、お使いの端末の中で予約するローカル通知です。
家族が商品を追加したときのお知らせは、Apple のプッシュ通知（APNs）で送ります。そのため、お使いの端末の通知の宛先（デバイストークン）と「家族が登録した商品も通知」の設定を保存サーバーに保存します。お知らせの文面には、追加した家族の呼び名と商品名が入ります。
6. データの削除
商品・写真・点検の記録は、アプリの中でいつでも削除できます。
アプリの「設定」→「データとアカウントを削除」を行うと、保存サーバーにあるあなたのアカウントと、あなたの束（商品・写真・点検と修理の記録）・通知の宛先がすべて削除されます。Apple ID と結び付けている場合は、本アプリへの「Apple でサインイン」の許可も取り消します。家族の束にあなたが追加した商品は、その束の持ち主のデータとして残ります。読み取りサーバーにある回数の記録は、40日で自動的に消えます。

HoshoBox (the "App") handles your information as follows.

The storage server runs on Supabase (Tokyo region). Data on it can be read and written only by you and the family members you invite. The operator does not view its contents except to investigate problems or where required by law.
2. AI scanning
Text in photos is read on your device. The photos themselves are not sent for reading.
Only the text is sent to the App's reading server (running on Cloudflare) and sorted into fields such as product name, model number, purchase date and warranty period by Anthropic's AI (Claude API). The text is used only for this and is not stored on the reading server. Anthropic handles data according to its own policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
You can also add items manually without AI scanning.
2-2. Recall checks
To check whether your items are subject to a recall (return, free repair, etc.), about once a week the App sends maker names and model numbers to its reading server, which searches the Consumer Affairs Agency's recall site (Japan). Only maker names and model numbers are sent — not who owns them. To avoid repeating the same search, results per model number are kept on the reading server for 24 hours.
3. Family sharing
When you send an invite link from "Family Sharing" and someone joins, they can view and add the items, photos and records in your wallet. Invite links expire after 7 days. You can stop sharing or remove a member at any time.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties except where required by law. We do not show ads or collect information to track you.
The App uses services from the following companies for the purposes above:
- Supabase (data storage)
- Cloudflare (reading server and invite pages)
- Anthropic (AI scanning)
- Apple (in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple, push notifications)
5. Notifications
Check-up reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
Notifications when family members add items are sent through Apple Push Notification service (APNs). For this, your device's notification address (device token) and your "Notify me about family items" setting are stored on the storage server. These notifications include your family member's name and the item name.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete items, photos and records in the App at any time.
"Settings" → "Delete Data and Account" deletes your account, your wallet (items, photos, check-up and repair records) and your notification addresses from the storage server. If you linked your Apple ID, the App's "Sign in with Apple" authorization is revoked as well. Items you added to a family member's wallet stay as that owner's data. Scan counts on the reading server are deleted automatically after 40 days.
